Need Drupal developer for action sports based web site

We are looking for an experienced Drupal developer to extend an existing Drupal 5.x installation. We have a custom theme, a few custom modules, and many pre-built modules installed. Most of the work required will be focused on enhancing the existing Theme, however some custom module development will be required as well as additional module installation and configuration where needed.

Graphic design work and functionality concepts will be provided by our creative team, you will be asked to evaluate the requests and implement them using the best combination of existing code and custom development.

This project will require daily programming (on weekdays) so we are looking for someone with immediate availability and at least several hours each day that can be dedicated to our project. We are based out of Los Angeles, CA, but tele-commuting is no problem. Communication however, is very important.
