Convert existing files

I had a problem with file uploads and webforms, so I installed transliteration and upon install all existing files where cleaned (good), but the link inside the webform submission is still the old one (bad). Not 100% sure if this is a bug, but I read the readme and it's a bit confusing, so maybe clarify what is does.
