Looking for a replacement for the Ad module

I am running a 5.x drupal site. Thinking on migrating to Drupal 6.x I am seeing some troubles ahead that hinder this change:

1. I am using Copyright module. I need it since I use content copyrightd by other people and this module provides me with an ease way of assigning copyright notices per node and author. I think I could use some form of CKK field, but I am not very sure...

2. I am using as well the Ad module (I find it really good) but in 5.x it clashes with the node teaser module and in 6.x it does not work very well, I am afraid. I think I could use some media module to inject banner images with a simple code like the ad module does (for instance: [[ad|group=55]] and similar forms). That would easen the migration and, as I use just one advertiser and I am not big fish, it would mean no trouble.

¿Any idea about both issues, please?
