Issues solved and bugs fixed in this release:

#254523: Anonymous visitors can NOT see signature Anonymous visitors can NOT see signature. Liam McDermott and manoloka.
#276349: Signature deleted when editing profile Signature deleted when editing profile.
Adding README.txt As suggested by Morbus Iff and chx on drupaltoughlove.com
Lots of code style updates courtesy of chx and Morbus Iff's article (http://www.drupaltoughlove.com/review/signatures-for-forums) and coder.module.
Important: the permission 'administer signatures' is now called 'administer Signatures for Forums'.
