Issues solved and bugs fixed in this release:

• Adding README.txt As suggested by Morbus Iff and chx on drupaltoughlove.com
• Lots of code style updates courtesy of chx and Morbus Iff's article (http://www.drupaltoughlove.com/review/signatures-for-forums) and coder.module.
• Important: the permission 'administer signatures' is now called 'administer Signatures for Forums'.
