Wiki install profile install fails

I need more context.

What are the error messages ?

It looks like it did install successfully, but for some reason the output couldn't be parsed.

the code is also out of date, could you guys please update to the latest of hosting and provision.

I want to check upon this error before the release. I'll update hostmaster.k.n to current CVS and test further.

Maybe we should be more careful when creating the admin user and check if it already exists... or use ON DUPLICATE UPDATE. See http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/insert-on-duplicate.html

With the patch in http://drupal.org/node/339974 the install profile installs properly.

I have made it so provision first tries to load the admin user instead of just saving it.
