Ensuring correct sorting by weight when weight is even

Displaying the actual counts of the tags and sorting by weight can lead to following result: http://is.gd/84lU

Therefore I patched tagadelic. Would be great if you could apply it to the tagadelic.module so that future updates will ensure that these problems don't occur. Thanks!
