Coder needed to finish Drigg site

I'm new at using Drigg and Drupal, and hired a coder that advertises here to give me a site. He backed out after making many promises, leaving me with an incomplete template and no site, and told me to get a new coder days after his deadline passed. (Name available on request.)

The template has a lot of potential but needs to be finished off, and it has to be ported to the platform. I would like to hire a coder who doesn't charge too much and keeps his or her word to complete the job.

I have worked with many coders and had bad experiences with most of them, so surprise me! Contact me with your proposal and restore my opinion of coders. My previous experience has been using WordPress.
