Support for SuggestedTerms

Issue Summary

Hi there,

Great module. I would like to request possible integration with the SuggestedTerms (ST) module:

ST works on any free-tag taxonomy by providing a list of most-used terms below the tag text box. For sites that use ST + Community Tags, having a consistency where the same suggested terms are provided under all free tags (e.g. your community tags) would be very desirable.

I'm not talking about a dependency on ST, but rather Community Tags using ST if it's installed.
