Issue Summary
I was just reading about oEmbed. I couldn't believe I hadn't heard about it before and wanted to see what other people think of it. oEmbed is a format for allowing an embedded representation of a URL on third party sites.
I noticed that it isn't used in any of the emfield code and thought it might be a nicer way of doing things for sites that provide it.

thanks, i wasn't aware of that. we should create an oembed hook, and allow provider files to simply call that for data storage if it's provided. will simplify at least the providers listed on that page, and hopefully others in the future as they jump on that bandwagon. should make at least some future development slightly easier as well.
