Fixed BODY background issues in WYSIWYG editors (fckeditor, tinymce).
#394864: remove background from comments ,fabrizioprocopio reported problem with tinymce background.
#429778: Remove header background image from text box in FCKeditor ,ngaur reported problem with fckeditor background and suggested solution.
Fixed theme positioning issues for contrib modules.
#393958: admin_menu comes above primary links ,betz reported problem with Administration menu.
#445066: Problem with SimpleMenu ,fpatten reported problem with SimpleMenu.
Added Russian Translation

Radical changes from previous version with new features such as
switch left and right sidebars (or none)
choose page width from theme settings
Not suite for live site yet.
And some feedback/suggestion from Right-to-Left users/developers will be so much appreciated for the next stable release.

There is no new features in this release yet, but improved / fixed various code and files.
