It would be useful to have the ability to assign an extra permission that allowed chat admins to kick and/or ban unruly chatters. For those that had the permission, it could simply appear as an "x" next to the chatters name.

This is a Drupal limitation. There currently doesn't seem to be a way to give users permission to manage access control for single modules.
