Release notes

Add threecol_flexigrid layout.
Add layout sets functionality.
Also partial fix for http://drupal.org/node/331095.

To use layout sets, you need to be on the Zones tab of an existing composite-enabled node. Then have a look at the tasks at the bottom of the form.
