I am showing both user profile picture as well as its username on the comments. The pic is linked but not the username. Anyone nows how to set it up so that the username is linked?

Have a look at your comment.tpl.php file of your theme.

Install Devel and turn on the "Theme developer" module. Watch the Theme developer screencast. You'll then be armed with enough information to get this solved. It will help you figure out where in the theme system you'll need to focus your efforts.

We installed the module and the site stated reloading automatically on a loop so we couldn´t use it...any thoughts?

Take a look in the devel issue queue to see if anyone else has mentioned the same thing. You may also want to try disabling all your contrib modules first and then enable devel. Then, one by one, enable your contrib modules to see when it breaks. This may be a sign that there is a bug in one of the other modules.
