exhausted node count with 100 thounsand nodes

Description
I find out that, it make a crazy array (about 5 Mb of node node_term) and put it to cache (wah)
each term should travel sequence around this array and modify if need.
It not work for multi thousands node
stop ! bugs ! please sold this
