Looking for Gallery developer

I am looking to hire a developer who can create a user gallery for my site where users can create sub galleries and upload pics to them and also upload multiple pictures at once.

then user can choose one image and set it as their default image to display as thumbnail where ever default images are shown

underneath uploaded pics i would like to have embed info and direct link info along with a link to view full image on separate page

next and previous buttons should also be on top of the images so users can navigate
