Ubert Cart does not work fine with this template

Description
There are some problems with left block. if you use right menu or other block like cart in the right position, the content page shows to botton its content. There is a problem with java routine or something like that if you use ubert address end ubert flate rate (shipping tax) you are not able to calculate shipping price, and you are not able to set automatic address flag. There is a problem to see ubert (java I think) store menu configuration.
