Subscriptions/Notifications for Multiple Taxonomies

Hi All,
I would like my users to be able to subscribe to terms in several taxonomies. They should then receive email notifications when a new node is added which has ALL of these terms, rather than just any one of them in a single taxonomy (i.e. I want to use AND rather than OR).
I have spent quite a lot of time looking at the Notifications and Subscriptions modules but can't find a way to do this.

Does anyone have any ideas please?
