Hi, probably not telling you something you don't already know. I was able to download the latest 7.x dev package from 11/19/08 with (IE7) unzip it(winzip)
upload it via ftp and run the installer 100%

no (PDO) Abstraction Layer error

cron tab w/key up and running AOK

yes I tried to install about a week ago and couldnt. I was getting a 'PDO abstraction layer' error.
