Automatic Override for User 1 is confusing

After upgrading from a very early dev version for D6, I found this module wasn't working. Or, as I found later, it was automatically overriding the filter restrictions for the user 1 account. This is quite confusing and I anticipate other people having this difficulty. It would be helpful to know, for the User 1 account (where the 'bypass filter restriction' permission had not been explicitly set) that the module is functioning properly, but is not limiting filter types because of the automatic override. It may even be useful for all users with the 'bypass filter restriction' permission to know this, because they need to be aware that they have additional privileges that may actually cause problems if not considered properly.

Adding some text to the 'Input Formats' fieldset that indicated that the input format restrictions are being overridden would be really useful.
