Whenever I make anything new in my site sometimes I forget to disable comment on this node, so theres just random photos, articles etc where people are able to comment.
To make things easier I just disabled the comment module, so nobody can comment on my site anymore.
This wasnt a problem, but now i need to install forums, which relys on comments, So what I would like is to have comments disabled on everything on my site apart from on the forums, Thanks.

Well i think ive fixed it
In content types you can disable comments for all content types, ie nodes/pages etc. Just need to remember to disable comments when i add something new
