Clearing cache problems after mod upgrade

Is anyone having troubles with the cache clearing after upgrade with OG, pathauto events and a few other modules?
how can i correct this?

yep..me too.
really really strange cache problems after upgrading.
I upgraded from drupal 6.2 to 6.9 earlier..along with a few contribs.
tried everything..devel.module, coder.module, cache disable.module, clearing cache using site config option...clearing cache using phpyadmin and even removing module files from their folders along with their system table entry.
Am guessing it has something to do with the upgrade. on #drupal irc, others don't appear to be having any major issues with d6.x.
