Hello,
I've checked the files i18n-ascii.example.txt and it lacks two lowercase
diacritics for Romanian layout, though their uppercase representation
is already added. This patch adds the missing transliteration.

gregglesThanks for the patch. We're not really maintaining this file anymore because Pathauto 6.x-2.x has a much improved transliteration system based on the Transliteration module.
Perhaps someone else will find this useful, though, so it is great to provide it as a patch. I also hope that you can help testing Pathauto 6.x-2.x-dev to make sure that the Transliteration module is a good improvement.
