What's the difference between AJAX Submit and AJAX Forms?

When you say "AJAX Forms", were you referring to this http://drupal.org/project/ajax ?
I'm not sure of the difference...

Yes, I would like to know the differences between these 2 modules.

Maybe the maintainers can put their effort together instead of developing 2 parallel modules.
