LDAP address book

Hi,

I am trying to set up a global address book with Drupal 6.6. I have installed both modules "LDAP Integration" and "LDAP address book". However, the one that i downloaded from contributed modules is actually for Drupal 4.7. Hence, it won't work with Drupal 6.6. My question is whether i have to use LDAP address book to administer contact book or I could use a different type of address book that may be available for download and that might work well with LDAP.
