it seems to me there is no possiblity to delete mlt values after they have once been saved to the database. You may well create new ones, but can you get rid of existing ones? From looking up the code it seems this functionality has not been implemented. This might be due to the fact, that you would have to delete all mlt values for this node first and then save only those that remained in the selection. And I believe you would have to do this every time a node is saved even if there were no changes to mlt values?

Again, sorry for the lag. Yes, this was actually an oversight on my part and is now fixed in the 1.0 release.
