Hello,
I upgraded and moved a site from D5.12 to D6.5 as a multisite (it was stand-alone) and that was fairly smooth -- there was a cache issue but it resolved when I ran update.php, it seems. Now, however, my admin navigation is duplicated and when I click on admin --> Menus I see duplicates of all content and admin menus, and I have two Primary Menus, one empty (but only one Secondary Menu).

How can I fix this, and does it signal even bigger probs with the upgrade/move?

I should mention that the only contrib module I've got now is CCK and tinyMCE. thanks.

Also, when I enable modules (Views, Captcha, etc), they don't show up under Admin, they show up above admin -- in a long list before Create Content and Admin.

Very strange.
