I feel its bit of a pain to assign each taxonomy term with the corresponding taxonomy term. I wish you would have a check box where it says the it will autoassign taxonomy term with menu if the name is the same (or close to if you ignore the counting part from taxonomy menu).
I don't have a solution right now but looking into it but would feel its a valuable contribution to this module.
