#336450: Signup's views2 boolean filters have terrible UI added a new handler filter class for signup: signup_handler_filter_boolean. That won't be necessary (but won't hurt anything) once #336531: Fix the UI for boolean filters lands upstream in views. This issue is to remind me to rip out that code once #336531 is in an official release of views.
