that's what a client of mine asked me to install for him, can you help me find these moduls? i can find them by my self, but wanted for someone to tell me which moduls are best for what i need. drupal 6.6

You have a bit of stretch there, you tagged the post Drupal 6 but Ubertcart is still in development for D6 and Apachesolr Ubercart Integration does not yet show any D6 version.

A good place to locate modules is http://drupalmodules.com -- they're the same modules listed here on d.o., but with a friendlier UI and better search.
