Is it possible to load views inside each tab? I would like to have 3 tabs inside a sidebar block. 2 tabs with views information generated on the nid argument of the page and 1 tab with a 'Tell a friend' or 'Invite' form. Can you please show me how this may be done?

I tried QuickTabs but it crashed my site.
