I will port the features I added for the 6.x branch to 5.x and will attach the patch here.

The attached patch ports the features in the Drupal 6.x module version to Drupal 5
The patch makes the Drupal 5 module pass coder module's code review, adds uninstall code, and adds PostgreSQL support too. Please review and apply the patch to CVS.
