Cannot Uninstall IMCE - YUI Editor Image Upload Broken

Hello, I have tried using the IMCE module with TinyMCE and FCKEditor and could not get either to work. Both editors were adding extra code into my posts and nobody could tell me how to fix this.
Today I decided to try the Yahoo UI modules & editor, and they work well except for the image upload functions.
I removed all of the images from my IMCE upload area, but I still cannot remove the module. Now, on every node creation page I get this error:

Uh?
I know I have a few issues here. So let me boil them down.
1. How can I uninstall IMCE/Supress this error?
2. Any suggestions on why YUI Editor image upload is broken? Is it because

After posting this, it seems the errors are not appearing at the top of the node creation anymore.
What would we do without Google? I was able to suppress the error message by changing the permissions on a temp folder.

I still cannot get the image upload to work. When I try to upload, it lets me pick an image... but when I click the "upload image" button all it does is clear the text box of the URL to the local file I wanted to upload... and not show (or insert, or upload) any image.
