I created a Drupal site on my site (hosted by hostmonster) I was able to login with the initial user name and lpassowrd sent to me in my confirmation email. While in there I changed the password of the admin. After I logged out and now I can't log back in. the site goes straight to a page that says access denied. The page that comes up does not have a login form. How do i get back into my site.

Let me clarify. I can access the home page that I set up. At this point there is no access to the account admin through the site itself. When I try and go to the back end using the address given to me at setup (http//:www.example.com/?q=admin) it gives me a page saying "Access Denied". The Home page only has the first page and no user login or links to account admin at this time for back end access.

Most likely I changed the settings of the back end unintentionally and don't know what I did. Is there a way to get back in using a different address?

after the

near the end of the index.php

So finally it should look like
//
drupal_page_footer();
$GLOBALS['tempUser'] = $user;
//

and don't forget to clear your cookies.
