I installed the module and set it up, but I can post everything ... no question about license is posed to any user ... I gave full permissions to everybody ... but nothing happens ... neither in the block I activated ... what's up ?

In /admin/settings/creativecommons-lite:
Select at least one license from the "Allowed licenses"; I had trouble selecting all, but if I selected a few, it worked nicely.
Then go to the content type list /admin/content/types and edit one of the types you want to apply CC-lite licenses to. You will find a checkbox under "Workflow".
Go and create a new node of the content type you just changed.
Turn on the block, and now you should see the licenses.
