Delete Button

Hello,

I can't seem to delete unwanted images that I have uploaded.
Cirtex hosting doesn't seem to allow me to delete items that a script has made. i.e. an uploaded image.

I got this error when trying to upload an image that was very long about height was 9999 pix.

I started getting the taxonomy problem after I tried uploading the image, after awhile there was a fatal error using gd.
A couple attempts did allow me to create a file, but after 4 attempts I get those 4 file can't be created problems. Not sure how to clear that.
