We are currently building support for Drupal 5.x - it should be out soon. We shall notify you once we have this support.

You can download it from the http://tellafriend.socialtwist.com/plugins/drupal/5.x/socialtwist-taf.zip

The zip file has the instructions on how to deploy the plugin in Drupal.
