Removing 'greeting' text?

Hi,

I am sure this has been asked here before, I want to remove the text that shows up when no content is published. I am not sure what this chunk of text is called hence I was not able to search for it here in the forum.

I have set drupal to show the contents of a block on the page and so I do not need/want any page/story to be showing up on the front page.
