Running cvs diff -up against HEAD has been taking upwards of 20 minutes over the past couple of days. dww said load on cvs.drupal.org was high - seems like it still is.

I can't reproduce that atm. The load is about 0.8 atm.

Seems to be only around certain times - 6-9pm UTC is a common one, maybe just network lag. Moving to needs more info anyway.
