photo views per user

I have created a few different views regarding view photos. I am stumped on one area. So far, I have a user being able to view all the photos uploaded or there photos. This was done through views. Now, I would also like to be able to view others photos from a link on their profile page. I have already create a custom profile page I am just trying to figure out how I would code it so the authorized user visiting another users page could view the photos posted by the other user only not all the users.
