Remove unnecessary t() in asset.module [#338215]

Doing a coder cleanup of asset. No styling is included in these beginning patches. Patches coming per file to keep them reasonable to review.

Why do you think that those translation strings are unecessary ?

In D6 Watchdog calls and menus are passed through t() tags within the function.
