How can I patch the security issue?

I have a custom version of your module. Can you tell me the code that you have changed for correcting the security issue? I can't replace the current version of my custom module. I've read that you have corrected the latest security issue on your site.

Is it possible to give us a patch that correct the security issue or send us the code to replace?
