Patterns module collaboration

I just saw this posted and it looks really interesting and in alignment with what we're doing with the Patterns module (http://drupal.org/project/patterns) and Configuration Framework. (http://drupal.org/project/configuration)

We're working on adding multiple format support (including YAML) to the project as well. Let me know if you have any questions. Maybe there is room for collaboration on these projects.
