Backport of the install profile to the Drupal 5 core API. There's no "datetime" CCK field type in D5, so those content types are not created. The support for per-node-type calendars doesn't exist in D5 calendar.module, either. Otherwise, this is pretty much identical to the D6 version.

Note: This install profile depends the 5.x-2.* series of Install Profile API. Make sure you're using at least 5.x-2.0-beta1 or the code from the DRUPAL-5--2 branch in CVS.
