Hi everybody,

I am sure all know an interesting feature which many sites now have i.e. youtube, many newspapers and etc. - a block where nodes similar to the main node appear. I would be grateful for any tips of how this feature is implemented. I am sure there are several ways to do it. would be grateful for any experience.
