I use view to list a group of node with same workflow state. How do I change all or some of nodes to new workflow state with just select one tick and click sumit.

One way might be to use the Views Bulk Operations module to run one of the two actions that workflow provides, either "Change workflow state of post to next state" or "Change workflow state of post to new state".
