When viewing a node or it's teaser the tags for that node are displayed twice (once on the bottom left and once on the bottom right) and the "add comment" and "flag" (from the Flag module) links do not appear.

I have not edited any code on the site. I do have a bunch of modules installed.

If I select to have the comment box show up on page, it will appear.

I Had the same problem. I got rid of it by uninstalling and removing from the module directory "custom breadcrumb", "menu breadcrumb" and "synonym collapsing".

I suspect the "synonym collapsing" module to be the problem though.
