I'm looking to do what should be some very simple customization of Drupal, possibly needing a content module or not. I've attached a low-fi comp of how it should function that I've attached below:

On one of the subpages, I need to present a new level of navigation that contain items and subitems below those items. I'm hoping to do this in a way that can be handled from the administration section of Drupal and that I won't be forced to rip the page out of Drupal just for the sake of getting the page to work properly.

I don't typically do custom drupal development and have been browsing the modules looking for one that could do the trick, but would greatly appreciate any direction or guidance this helpful community could provide so that I don't end up going in the wrong direction completely.
