Hey,
I'd like to use this module to display navigation menu and custom feature for all users.
I'd like to make this panel without manage option by users (only by administrator)
Can you suggest me the way to dig?

I am currently working on adding functionality to display a default widget set, which should be released with the next beta. The users will still be able to edit the set to add their own widgets. You will also be able to set default sets for individual roles, or for all roles.

Can you add a small feature of ability to prohibit changes of menu by users? only one checkbox? or thought permissions?

asak, - users shouldn't be able to add php code unless they have the php filter permission. Have you see otherwise?

dimitry83 - I like this idea, and will work on bringing it into the mix.

It only took 8 months to get to it, but here it is, the fixes for the issues above in Beta5:

- You can now set default widget sets by role or for individual users
- You can also disable the ability for users to edit their widget sets by removing the 'navigate customize' permission
