I have this strange issue with my content suddenly got duplicated inside each node there is the original content then a # and then the same content again. You can view this issue by going to http://asylumchat.org any help would be greatly appreciated.

if anyone has the problem that I aforementioned just re-install the theme you are using. I was editing the theme I had trying to add more regions and I guess I am not good at all with theming so when I messed up I didnt notice it right away. I removed the folder and re-installed the theme and the problem went away.
