Howdy,

The module just made my day - it felt like I got an early Christmas present!
I'd like to know if it is possible to have the option of showing the Content AND the Image instead of just one OR the other. I know there are other modules that do this but they're quite buggy or don't work for Drupal 5.x.

Would also be great if the rotor block were a View - now that would be sweet as~!

You can show an image and content by simply using the content textarea only - use html to embed an image along with your content.

There is basic Views support for Drupal 5 in the latest -dev release. You can create a view, and set it's style to 'Rotor: Rotating nodes'... Please try it and report back. Alternatively, Rotor2 for Drupal 6 has full Views support.

I'm marking this as won't fix as I will not be porting new features back to Drupal 5 any longer. Rotor2 for Drupal has undergone heavy changes in the way it works and the 5 and 6 versions are no longer equivalents. Rotor1 for Drupal 5 will only be receiving bug fixes from now on. One more reason for all you Drupal 5 users to make the move to Drpaal 6. Sorry.
